Introduction

            When I look back on my projects, I think the most difficult ones were the photo essay and the visual analysis. The visual Analysis on the CDC’s website was only hard because it was the first project and I had not done anything like this before so I did not know what to expect. Even though it was a difficult project, I was pleased on how it turned out overall. I thought the graphs and photos that I used in the analysis helped make the arguments I was trying to make. Until I did this project I always though all government or credible sites would have current credible information and doing this project showed this is not always the case. My least favorite project was the photo essay for the simple fact that my topic was horrible. The topic itself was interesting but since it was more of a theoretical type of science, it was hard to find facts that went along with my thesis on exoplanets. The issues that I had with the Photo essay are what made me pick a different topic for my research paper. Since I am a nursing major I have a lot of interest in science and health, which was why I chose the CDC website for my first project. Therefore, to keep with what interested me I chose the topic of cancer for my research paper. Even though doing this type of research left me feeling hopeless at times because of the gravity of what I was researching. I really did enjoy doing the research paper more so than my other projects. Using the database for my research and doing the annotated bibliography made this one of least stressful research papers I have ever done.
